HOW TO ROOT AND INSTALL TWRP ON COOLPAD NOTE 3\LITE [ MARSHMALLOW - COOLUI 8 ]

HEY GUYS.......

In this post I am showing "How to ROOT and Install TWRP on Coolpad Note 3\Lite [ MARSHMALLOW - COOLUI 8 ]"

Disclaimer : Please Do it at your own risk.i am not responsible if anything goes wrong or you  ruin/brick your phone. rooting voids warranty.

Requirements :-

     1)PC (Windows 7 preferable)

     2)Both Drivers Must be Installed on your PC.

        this is mandatory.

     3)Coolpad Note 3\Lite must be on Marshmallow

        because this process is for marshmallow Devices only.

Follow My steps CAREFULLY :-

1)Android version of your Coolpad must be 6.0 i.e Marshmallow. 

   If Your coolpad is not on Marshmallow then flash Marshmallow Rom on your Device.

2)Download SuperSU zip and place it on External Memory (SD card) of of your Device.

3)Download both Drivers and install them

NOTE - Installation of both DRIVERS is MANDATORY. If already done then skip this step.

4)Download the "SCATTER" file and "Recovery.image"

   

   Scatter file for note 3  &  Scatter file for Note 3 lite
   Recovery.image

  

5)Download SP flash tool and extract zip.

   After Extracting ,copy "SCATTER" file and "Recovery.image" and paste it into SP flash tool extracted folder.

5)now open the SP flash tool folder and run "flash tool" as administrator.

  now click on SCATTER LOADING and select scatter file from SP Flash tool Folder.

there is Only "Recovery" is Ticked .

  now click on DOWNLOAD.

   now it is time to switch off your phone and connect to pc.

   wait till the green popup appears.

 NOTE- dont connect phone to pc before clicking on DOWNLOAD button and make sure that usb debugging is on. if not then enable it by Setting>developer option>tick on usb debugging

   now disconnect your phone and reboot☺.

5)Now disconnect Phone from PC.

6)This is IMPORTANT step. Don't Reboot into Normal mode.

   You have to directly go to "Recovery Mode" by pressing Volume up + Power button

   Simultaneously.

7)Now the recovery begins.

   Select "Install"

   Select "Storage" (storage where zip is placed i.e external sd card)

   Select "BETA-SuperSU-v2.74-2-20160519174328.zip"

   Swipe right to confirm flash.

   Clear cache and Dalvik. 

   Now Reboot the device.

   Check root status with any root checker app.

   If you found no SuperSU app on reboot then go to recovey and flash SuperSU again.

Congratulation Your Phone is ROOTED now☺
